Find your peak.

Catch the drift.

Trana turns your Apple Watch or WHOOP heart rate into your daily energy curve. Not sleep scores. Not generic rings. Your actual biology.

No logging. No dashboards. Your watch is already collecting the data.

What Trana does

Calendars lie. Your biology doesn't.

Your peak,
every day.

Trana finds the 2-hour window when your cognition, alertness, and reaction time are measurably at their best — specific to you, from your actual heart rate data. Schedule your hardest meeting, your most important decision, your deepest work there.

Catch the shift
before the fog hits.

Circadian drift starts 2–3 days before the fog sets in. Trana catches it on day 2 and tells you in plain English what's happening — and the one specific thing to do today before it gets worse.

How it works

1

Wear your device.

No setup. No food logs. No mood journals. Your Apple Watch or WHOOP is already collecting heart rate data every few minutes. Trana reads it.

2

Trana learns your rhythm.

In 7 days, Trana fits a personal circadian model to your data. Your peak time. Your drift rate. Your baseline — not the population average. You.

3

Open the app. See today.

Your peak window for deep work. Your rhythm status. One specific action if something has shifted. That's it. 30 seconds.

Who it's for

The optimizer

Problem

You've read the productivity books. You know your brain has a peak. You've never been able to measure it.

Trana gives

Your peak window, from your actual data, every day. Schedule your best work there.

The person who feels off

Problem

Some weeks are sharp. Some weeks are foggy. The pattern makes no sense and you blame yourself.

Trana gives

A number. Your clock shifted 40 minutes this week. That's why. Here's what to do.

The constrained-schedule person

Shift worker, frequent traveler, or new parent.

Problem

Consistency advice doesn't help when your schedule isn't consistent. You need to know what's happening within your constraints.

Trana gives

Tracks your rhythm inside whatever schedule you have. Tells you when small changes are working.

rhythm comes into focus

MA

Maya, 34

ER Nurse

I knew night shifts were hard, but I didn't realize my rhythm was 47 minutes off baseline. Trana showed me my Wednesday-to-Thursday transition was the worst. I started protecting Thursday mornings and the difference was immediate.

Trana showed: Acrophase shifted 47 min on rotation days

JA

James, 41

Remote Engineer

I thought I was a night owl. Trana showed me I was actually drifting later every week — my acrophase had shifted by over an hour in a month. Just setting a consistent wake alarm brought my score from 58 to 79.

Trana showed: Score improved from 58 to 79 in 3 weeks

PR

Priya, 29

New Mom

After our daughter was born, I assumed exhaustion was just parenthood. Trana showed my rhythm amplitude had collapsed to 0.3. Once I started protecting one consistent 4-hour sleep block, my amplitude recovered to 0.7 in two weeks.

Trana showed: Amplitude recovered from 0.3 to 0.7

The science

The algorithm
is real.

Trana uses cosinor analysis — the standard method in chronobiology research since the 1960s, validated across 184,000 days of wearable data. It fits a 24-hour cosine curve to your heart rate and finds the peak. That peak is a biological signature of where your body clock is sitting today.

Peer-reviewed research shows cognitive performance varies 9–34% by time of day depending on the task. Scheduling at your personal peak — not the population average — is the difference between your best work and mediocre work from the same person on the same day.

After 7 days, Trana has your personal baseline. From day 8, every day gets compared to that — so when your clock shifts, Trana catches it within a day or two of it starting, 2–3 days before the fog sets in.
